Well I have one for you…
how about those Meatballs!
Also great served as dinner with
garlic mash potatoes and sweet corn on the cob

served on top of wild rice with steamed green beans!
Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger meat
4 slices of bread (toasted) or 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 TBS onion powder or (1/2 onion finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder or (4 garlic gloves finely chopped)
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 egg slightly beaten
oil
1-12 oz jar Chili Sauce
1- 15.5 oz Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add hamburger meat, worcestershire sauce, spices, and eggs.
Toast bread, tear into pieces, and place in blender or food processor.
Blend or pulse, then pour bread crumbs into meat mixture.
Blend or pulse, then pour bread crumbs into meat mixture.
Mix all ingredients well, and then shape into 24 balls. Place a small amount of oil in the Dutch Oven ,enough to lightly cover the bottom.
Place meatballs in Dutch Oven, cover, and cook @ 400 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until the inside of the meatballs reach 165 degrees. Turn once half way through.
While your meatballs are in the oven add chili sauce and grape jelly to a large cooking skillet or crock pot. If placing meatballs in a crock pot heat sauce on high and adjust temperature as needed. If heating sauce on the stove top heat sauce on low. When your meatballs are ready transfer them into the sauce and coat the meatballs evenly.
Serve Warm!
