Audra,Love, love, love this recipe! I made it for my grandkids who came in yesterday. I followed your recipe exactly except I added the whole 15 oz. can of pumpkin.... just couldn't bare to waste it! Oh, and I substituted Smart sugar (0 calories) from HEB. ! They were delicious! Very moist and light. Thanks for posting!
